Utopia Management did a phenomenal job supporting us during our lease! Over our 3 year stay we never had a problem getting through to them whenever something came up! Specifically Sarah Gillen was and is an amazing communicator. Anytime we should expect any visitors like inspectors, maintenance workers or landlord, it was never a surprise because she was always on top of it. She was there to meet all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable in our unit. She and her team Yulizza and Jocelyn were also so kind to us and helped us during our stay as well. If you are in the market for a rental or even looking to purchase a home or want to rent out your home, I would recommend Utopia :) ~ Gina C

Utopia Management have been amazing throughout the 3 years we have been renting through them. After our first year of renting the owner unfortunately decided to sell the townhome we rented in Eastvale. Sarah went above and beyond making it an easy transition of finding an alternate location through rental properties that they had available. Sarah took the time to consistently send us properties and made every attempt to give us tours in the area that we wanted to stay in. Any and all maintenance concerns are always handled swiftly. ( for the very few that we experienced) All in all I would recommend Utopia to friends and family and another shout out to Sarah for being the absolute Best!! ~ Ernesto E

We hit a couple bumps in the road at the beginning of our lease, with not having access to the main entrance gate to the property and not having working garage remotes. But everyone has been helpful I've talked with Melanie, Yulissa and most recently Ashely M. The property I currently live in encountered a plumbing issue and Ashley has really gone out of her way to give me updates and answer all my questions with a great attitude, and has set everything up to ensure the job gets done as soon as possible. Thank you Ashley for such great customer service! Can't forget to mention Austin from the maintenance team, thanks Austin! ~ Lizbeth M

I have been with Utopia for many years now and I must give a shout out to their maintenance guru Noah. When I have had an emergency or unexpected situation arise, I can become nervous or stressed. Noah, from the first time he came to my home 6 years ago has always been kind, helpful, reassuring and very knowledgeable on everything I have needed help with. If he doesn't have a solution at the time, he will research and get back to me right away. Noah has even reached out to me even over the weekend to follow up on his work and to make sure things are working properly. Utopia did well by hiring Noah. Kudos!! ~ MIchelle W

Ive had Josselyn and Ashley as my property managers from utopia property management for my duplex in ontario, CA for over 3 years now. They have been great, they are reliable, and I am always able to get in contact with them which is one of the most important things when having someone manage my property. Move ins and move outs have been a breeze and if i had any questions about my property and what would be best to attract tenants they have always been there to advise me. Scheduling any types of maintenance’s necessary have been easy as well. Great experience so far. Thank you ~ Paul N

I have found the whole process to rent my apartment seamless and very efficient. I had been looking for a new property manager for a few months because the company I was with did not respond to my tenants or my inquiries in a reasonable amount of time.
