Utopia Management have been amazing throughout the 3 years we have been renting through them. After our first year of renting the owner unfortunately decided to sell the townhome we rented in Eastvale. Sarah went above and beyond making it an easy transition of finding an alternate location through rental properties that they had available. Sarah took the time to consistently send us properties and made every attempt to give us tours in the area that we wanted to stay in. Any and all maintenance concerns are always handled swiftly. ( for the very few that we experienced) All in all I would recommend Utopia to friends and family and another shout out to Sarah for being the absolute Best!!

Utopia Management did a phenomenal job supporting us during our lease! Over our 3 year stay we never had a problem getting through to them whenever something came up! Specifically Sarah Gillen was and is an amazing communicator. Anytime we should expect any visitors like inspectors, maintenance workers or landlord, it was never a surprise because she was always on top of it. She was there to meet all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable in our unit. She and her team Yulizza and Jocelyn were also so kind to us and helped us during our stay as well. If you are in the market for a rental or even looking to purchase a home or want to rent out your home, I would recommend Utopia :)
